As we start to wave goodbye to summer, we head towards our team’s favourite season, where our talented chefs embrace the Island’s abundant farm and nature’s fall harvest, including chanterelles, pine mushrooms, parsnips, various squash varieties, leeks and pears – all from our friends at the Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild.
