Fall is here and you know what that means: menu change time

After an incredible summer in Tofino, it’s time to say goodbye to beautiful stone fruit, tomatoes and corn from the island and the Okanagan, and hello to our subterranean vegetable friends. What’s that? You don’t get excited about onions and parsnips? You don’t wake up in the middle of the night craving carrots?
