On June 4th, join us for a special winemaker’s dinner that comes direct from Okanagan Falls to Tofino. Alan Dickinson and the team from Synchromesh Wines will be pouring their award-winning Riesling, Tertre Rouge and Botrytis Affected wine alongside a special six-course dinner prepared by Chef Nick Nutting. Synchromesh’s Riesling is exceptional – they pride themselves on being a small, family-run operation focused on producing terroir-driven wines using sustainable techniques, no-chemical farming and natural low cropping.
